Flat Tummy Tips


  • Reduce sodium intake..eat as real and whole food as possible!!

  • Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night

  • Cut out soda and juice

  • Cut out fast food

  • Cut out white carbs

  • Avoid stress

  • Practice good posture

  • Add lots of veggies to your diet

  • Eat proper serving sizes

  • Eat small meals through out day

  • Eat protein with every meal

  • Eat more fiber

  • Do cardio 3-4 times per week at least 20 minutes..interval sprints are good as well as jump roping

  • Do planks and a variety of planks

  • Eat a protein enriched snack around 3-4pm

  • Eat slowly

  • Cut out alcohol

  • Drink water before eating

  • Decline leg lifts/hanging leg lifts

  • Drink plenty of water each day

  • Color your plate

  • Climb stairs

  • Never skip breakfast

  • Engage core while strength training
