Roasted Brussel Sprout Recipe


This is such an easy, delicious, healthy recipe. You can have as leftovers as side or even a healthy snack. Brussel sprouts are highly underrated in my opinion. Try this recipe and enjoy!!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

  2. Cut brussel sprouts in half and place on pan with aluminum foil.

  3. Drizzle a litte olive oil and balsamic vingerette over the entire pan.

  4. Add a little black pepper and a little bit of garlic powder (can use chopped garlic).

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or so, shaking pan every 5 to 7 minutes for even browning. If you would like a little crispy (like I do:) ) Leave in a little longer.

  6. Enjoy!
